These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for working with my front-end development services. By hiring me for any project, you agree to the conditions listed here.
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by me, including Figma to HTML/CSS conversion, Bootstrap/Tailwind development, responsive design, UI enhancements, and frontend fixes. The main goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional working experience for both parties.
Before starting any project, I define the scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost clearly. Any additional feature requests, design changes, or extra revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Depending on the platform and project type:
Work will begin only after pricing and terms are mutually confirmed.
All delivery dates are estimated based on the project size and complexity. I always aim for fast turnaround while maintaining high quality. Delays caused by slow communication, pending client approvals, or design changes may extend the timeline.
Revisions are included as per the chosen plan/package. Minor changes are allowed, but major layout modifications, new design elements, or extra pages may be charged additionally.
After final payment, the client gains full rights to the HTML/CSS/JS delivered. However, I keep the right to showcase non-confidential parts of the project in my portfolio unless otherwise discussed.
The client must provide accurate content, designs (Figma/PSD/etc.), and feedback on time. Delays in providing assets or instructions may affect delivery timelines.
Clear, timely communication helps projects move smoothly. I respond quickly and provide consistent updates throughout development.
All projects are tested on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and standard devices. Support for outdated or legacy browsers (like Internet Explorer) is not included unless requested earlier.
Due to the nature of digital work, refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed tasks. However, I ensure quality and will fix any issues related to the original scope.
Either party may end the project at any time. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid for.
All client files, designs, and business information will remain confidential. I never share or reuse client data without permission.
